These pictures are from our reenactmnet of a french OP at last years War and Peace show. 2008

The period portrayed here is of the late 50's in Algeria.  All equipment is original and periodically correct.  This scenario created much interest, especially with French visitors as many of them remembered the conflict and felt it timely to reenact the brave struggle of the foot soldier/ conscript in this most bloody of wars.
